Privacy policy

We only collect what you provide voluntarily through the brief and contact form: your name, email, the text about your brand and task, your brief answers (who you are, what you need, formats, timing, budget) and the frames you picked for the moodboard. The purpose is to reply to your request and prepare an offer; the legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We automatically receive your IP address — to protect the form from spam and abuse (our legitimate interest in security, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — and the site language you used. The site has no registration, does not determine your location and collects no device identifiers.

If you consent to analytics or advertising in the cookie banner, Google services receive information about the pages you viewed, where you came from and your device type — see section 6.

You may choose not to provide this information, but then we cannot reply to your request.

Processing is automated, on servers of a hosting provider in the European Union. The studio is notified of a new request by email and via Telegram; Telegram may process data outside the EU, and the notification contains only the content of your request.

Requests are kept for up to 24 months from receipt. If we sign a contract with you, for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting). Server logs with IP addresses — up to 30 days.

Analytics and advertising data (only with your consent) are processed by Google — retention and location are described in section 6.

We use your information only to reply to your request and to provide our services. We send marketing messages only with your separate consent; without it, we don't.

DE CONTENT s.r.o. may use service providers (hosting, email, notifications and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads); they access information only to the extent needed for their work and may not use it for any other purpose.

DE CONTENT s.r.o. does not sell or transfer personal information to third parties. We may disclose information only where expressly required by law — to protect rights or at the request of law enforcement authorities.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access: the site runs over a secure connection (HTTPS), only authorised studio staff can access requests through a password-protected admin, and the form is protected against request forgery and spam.

You can at any time ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] — we reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Strictly necessary cookies are always on — the site cannot work without them, so no consent is required:

• site_lang — your chosen language, 1 year;
• XSRF-TOKEN and de-content-session — protect the form against request forgery and keep a technical session, up to 2 hours;
• consent — your choice in the cookie banner, 6 months.

Only with your consent, given in the cookie banner separately for each category, the site uses Google services (provided to EU users by Google Ireland Limited). Until you consent, their code is not loaded on the page at all:

• Analytics — Google Analytics 4: which pages and works are viewed, where visitors come from, what type of device they use. Cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, up to 2 years. Your name, email and brief text are not sent to analytics, and GA4 does not store IP addresses. Analytics data are kept for 14 months.
• Advertising — Google Ads: we count how many requests came from ads and show ads to people they are relevant to. Cookies _gcl_au and _gcl_aw, up to 90 days.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications). Google may also process data in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page — as easily as you gave it; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but without the necessary cookies the form may not work.

Links to our work gallery, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram lead to third-party services. Please read their privacy terms — we are not responsible for other companies’ data practices. The site’s fonts are loaded from our own server, so your IP address is not shared with third parties in the process.

We may change this Policy by publishing a new version on this page with the update date. If you disagree with the changes, you can ask us to delete your personal information.

This Policy is drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data.
